Mane Color/Style: Her mane is yellow, and is tied back into a ponytail, on not only her head, but her tail as well.
Pelt Color: a light orange. She has white freckles on her cheeks.

Bio: The most loyal and dependable pony in Ponyville, Applejack is a beacon for good advice, good apples, and an overall good friend.
She is lead caretaker and harvester at sweet apple acres, the best place to get freshly grown apples. She is a devoted worker, and won't stop a task until she is proud of the work she has put into it. This makes it easy to find apples always ready to be bought in town, since she takes her job so seriously.
She is depicted as an earth pony, with a southern accent. She is light orange, and has a yellow mane and tail, both tied back into ponytails. She has three apples for cutie marks on her flank, and is always wearing a brown
She is always supportive, and will never quit on a pony, whether it is to help them, cheer them up, or prove them wrong.
AppleJack, while one of the nicest ponies you would ever meet, can also be the most stubborn. She is rather set in her ways, and hates being talked down to. If she says she'll do something, she'll do it, even if it kills her. She is also horribly competitive. She will stop at nothing to reach her goal. Her mentality also leads her to treat others the way the treat her.
AppleJack, while holding many other titles, is also the pony of the mane 6 who represents the harmony stone of honesty. This leads her to be absolutely terrible at lying. She would rather be honest, and tell things to people straight and truthfully. When she absolutely HAS to lie however, its very easy to see through. Sweating, shifty eyes, inability to make eye contact, and excuses that are hard to believe (renovations. Amateurish.)
All and all, she's dedicated, loyal, and has an awesome accent.
Overall Persona: Honest and loyal, AppleJack will never lie, cheat, steal or give up on a friend. She is devoted, and at times stubborn, especially when in a competition or trying to prove a point. She is down to earth, but a bit to set in her ways. But she is a true friend, through thick and thin.
