Luna sat in her castle alone and thought for a while, what she could do. She always heard pinkie talking about parties, but she couldn't let her castle take too much damage, she thought about what else she could do, maybe a housewarming, no too cheesey, maybe a dancing contest, no she didn't want to see ponies kill themselves , or atleast not yet, maybe, a gala, that would be nice, it would be formal so it would be calm.
Luna set everything in her castle, and prepared a bunch of food, and put up a lot of decerations and sent out invintations to everypony in ponyvill and canterlot, She hoped ponies would show up, even if she was not very known, disliked, and lived deep in everfree forest.

Applejack was applebucking her way through the red delicious trees, peacefully she would like to believe. That was at least untill Ditzy Doo crashed straight into her with a letter. "What in tarna~" but Ditzy didn't give her time to answer, for she had already left her behind to deliver the next letter. She was in sight long enough for Applejack to see that her messenger bag was completely full with the same kind of letter. Dark blue color with a silver moon as seal.
With a strange expression on her face, Applejack opened the letter and read it out loud to herself "Dear Applejack, you are hereby invited to visit the Midnight Gala in my castle deep in the everfree forest. Please wear formal attire and prepare to dance with others, but mainly prepare to have some midnight fun under the moon!

"Princess LUNA?!" Applejack exclaimed, dropping her applebasket and just standing there, staring at the letter. Applejack had only been invited to one other gala before, and that wasn't the best one ever. But one hosted by princess Luna of all ponies? Would this be a succes? One thing was for certain, it would propose another chance for her to sell a lot of products again! Rushing towards her room, Applejack could only hope that this year, she would sell more.
Coming into her room, Applejack made sure to lock the door tightly so nopony could see her get changed into her outfit for the gala. Opening her cupboard, she revealed the nearly dust-covered gown that Rarity had made for her for their so-called 'best night ever'. Picking it up, Applejack giggled to herself a little "This will be fun" she said to herself, putting on the gown and making her way towards the gala.
Though she got the time wrong, the moon was already up. Applejack entered the huge castle, wondering what the last time was that she had been here. It was with the elements of Harmony, and when Nightmare Moon threatened to keep the night up forever. Thinking about this, Applejack couldn't help herself but to mumble "And now ah'm partying with that same ol' pony"

Fluttershy squeeled as Angel jumped on her head "Oh Angel!You scared me" she informed the bunny,who gave her a letter and pointed to Ditzy flying away.
Fluttershy blinked and opened the letter and read it aloud

Fluttershy stared "Oh,then I should get ready" she then went na dgrabbed her gala dress and started to prepare herself,once she arrived at the castle she shyly walked in "Hello?" she called
"Hello?"
"Hello?"
"Hello?" her own voice echoed back to her,she blinked

Fluttershy squeeked as a voice joined hers,she looked to her other side and saw Luna and Applejack. "Why thank you princess for inviteing me..." she kept her head low

Luna smiled and heard the door open, Darkhooves strolled in casually. "Hello sir" Luna looked at him not even knowing his name, or how she sent him an invite. "Whever" Dark hooves walks up to Fluttershy. " What's cooking good looking"
